Yesterday evening, a special farewell ceremony and dinner were held for the Yemeni national youth team before their departure to the Sultanate of Oman to participate in the 10th West Asian Youth Championship. The event was sponsored by the Hadramout Governor, Mr. Mubkhout bin Madi, with funding and coordination from Al Corniche Trading and Services Limited Company. The ceremony was attended by local authorities in the governorate, sports figures, and football legends from Hadramout.
During the event, Al Corniche Company announced the launch of its new service, “Corniche Ceremonies.” The service focuses on organizing buffets and providing logistical services for conferences and exhibitions, as well as welcoming missions and tourist delegations, facilitating their stay in hotels and resorts. Al Corniche Trading and Services Limited Company presented an overview of its services and capabilities in this field, emphasizing its commitment to providing high-quality services and meeting the needs of customers.
Assistant Undersecretary for Youth Affairs in Hadramout, Mr. Fahmi Badawi, highlighted the importance of supporting sports and youth, stating that Hadramout Governorate remains a strong and committed partner in supporting sports and community development, recognizing the efforts of the young players, coaches, and technical management who represent Yemen in the upcoming championship. Mr. Fahmi Badawi praised the contribution of Al Corniche Trading and Services Limited Company in sponsoring and hosting the national team in the city of Mukalla. He expressed hope for the success of the Yemeni team and their representation of Yemen in sports tournaments. Hadramout Governorate remains a strong and committed partner in supporting sports and community development in Hadramout.
This ceremony reflects Hadramout Governorate’s commitment to supporting youth and sports, and enhancing sports opportunities for young people in the region.
